I am married with three children and was married in ’73. My wife and I were born in ’50. Keith was born ’75 Shirley in ’82 and Kurt in ’84. We are of Maltese nationality. We met the Lord Jesus Christ in Spring of ’85. 

The Lord called me first during a charismatic healing service.  Later my whole family followed and from here on we understood that the Lord can call you wherever He wants, as long as we are of a humble heart and are ready to do His perfect will by obeying His Word. 

It started when, because of my ambitions, I led a sinful life.  My only joy was found in sports, drink and my job, which was my God, where long working hours were involved, thus causing stress.  I ended up by swallowing three tranquilizers a day to ease off the pressure, and the great pain I suffered in my stomach due to an acute ulcer.

Where I worked, I was involved in a fraud of about two hundred thousand dollars.  I was compelled to resign from the shipping company ,where I was holding an important position of a good career.  I was arrested and locked up for 48hrs for investigations, which experience brought me further to an emotional disaster to the point of dreaming and thinking of killing myself to end it all up; this thing haunted me. I started blaming and accusing everyone else for my failures and misery.

After some time, I managed to pick myself up and enter into partnership in a shipping agency, at which time I started consulting mediums and spirits to secure my future, believing that they were the only remedy for me.  During this time of total confusion and mess, somebody took me to a healing service where the Lord showed me that I was ruining my life and I was the only one to blame.  Conviction came upon me. 

At the fourth monthly meeting I attended, to my total surprise the Lord healed me of my ulcer, and from there on I started hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit calling me to repent and be converted.  At first I resisted and kept consulting mediums but, after other health problems occurred, I realized I had to stop and listen carefully thus experiencing real joy and peace for the first time in my life.  After eight months I left the partnership, losing all the money, and started attending prayer meetings regularly, seeking more and more of God everyday.  Meantime I tried to find other simple jobs, but all doors were closed and after using all our savings we became penniless.  We had no option but to trust God, not realizing that this was the Lord’s doing all the way to teach us faith.

We all soon received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and immediately the Lord started using us through the gifts for healing and deliverance.  In spite of all this, we still felt we were not complete, especially when we realized that certain things that we did and practiced were not according to the Word of God, and only the grace of God was seeing us through.  So once again we found ourselves in a conflict, but during this time the Lord remained faithfully with us, no matter how hard the situation was. We experienced miracles.

I obtained an N.I.V. Bible and the Holy Spirit started teaching us, through His Holy Word, that no religion, doctrine or tradition can save us but only if we declared Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and be obedient to His Word. This became the whole truth for us and felt free being born again of the Spirit of God.

In the meantime we got involved in healing services and, in one of these sessions, the Lord chose once again to show His power and glory by healing our daughter of acute chronic asthma. She obtained a pair of new lungs, according to the doctor’s report.

As for my case, I was delivered from court after three years of continuous summons, during which I preached the Gospel of repentance to every soul I met, including my prosecutor and lawyers.  Once again the Lord chose to deliver me and I was acquitted of ten accusations for His glory.  Even my lawyers were surprised how God used them to defend me in such a way, where all odds were against me since I admitted everything.  In fact, my lawyers did not charge me anything as they said it was Jesus who defended me!  God had already worked a miracle with one of them when she was healed of a cyst on her breast. This was all the Lord’s doing strengthening our faith through the school of the Holy Spirit.

The more we went into the Word, the more conviction came.  One time the Holy Spirit spoke to me to leave the denomination where I was a member since childhood, after we had four years of full involvement with the Charismatic Renewal.  At first I resisted, because that was my religion and belief but, convinced by the Holy Spirit, we had to humble ourselves and obey His command.  Before officially I left the church, I suffered a severe heart attack which we attributed to the enemy for our decision.   At that moment in time, my family started praying and immediately I felt the healing power of God go through my whole body.  After a couple of minutes I was totally healed without any medical assistance.  Jesus was teaching us more faith in Him.  Later on I had to go to hospital to check my blood pressure due to severe headaches and the doctors were surprised how I survived such a long time with such high pressure (150/200 )  All tests results showed no damage in the heart or anywhere else.  Other healings occurred in our family, like when my eldest son recovered proper eyesight, taking off his glasses for good, which he wore since he was two years old, and also my wife being delivered of chronic allergy to dust and various smells.

Today we are praising God for Jesus Christ since, through Him, nothing is impossible if we could just trust Him completely with our lives.  My wife and I are now ordained ministers of the Gospel preaching the Word of God without compromise under an apostolic anointing, and living by faith through the great providence of the Almighty God and Father.

Please pray for us in order we can carry out the vision that the Lord gave us, to minister to the Body of Christ bringing revivals/renewals and intimacy with Him  preparing the Bride for His coming.
